How To: Fix loose hair in a braid

I love layers, they add instant volume and create a more grown up look in most hair styles but anyone with layers knows how annoying it can be to braid your hair. In the first picture I have a reverse french-braid headband and you can see that annoying lock of hair sticking straight out. It can be really annoying and time consuming to keep pulling this out to fix it so use this simple trick. Take a bobby pin closest in color to your tresses and grab that piece of hair and stick the bobby pin underneath the braid. It's almost like weaving the bobby pin in. This way it's nearly undetectable! It's that fast, easy and simple. Obviously you can use the classic approach, hairspray, but I don't like the helmet hard head look.
